Nokia’s 7310 Supernova isn’t a half bad looking handset straight from the factory, but you know you’re champing at the bit to destroy any and all resell value by slapping a pixelated image of your mum and pop on there. Regardless of how wild, tacky or fashionable your ideas, users in France with the requisite coin can order up a 7310 Supernova with practically any design they want. For the less imaginative, there are a few templates that should still do the trick, but we wouldn’t let the opportunity of being able to upload your own JPEG pass you by. The whole Nokia Build concept is still in beta at the moment, so we’re anxiously hoping to see it hit other markets in short order.

That’s some beefy phone Motorola’s got there. Assuming, of course, we’re not looking at a KIRF which is entirely possible in the three months since the initial leaked image — that iPhone looking UI / theme pictured after the break doesn’t help with the legitimacy either. Regardless, it’s not like you’re holding out for this 320 x 240 pixel WinMo 6.1 candybar anyway, right? No matter how many HSPA frequencies (three, ok) it supports. Embarrassing Moto, embarrassing. One more shot after the break just to rub it in.

After seeing what we saw at CEDIA this year, we knew this innovation was only a hop, skip and a jump away. RCDb and Nortel have teamed up to showcase what they’re calling the Video Bulletin Board, which is an interactive application that enables cellphones and Blu-ray players to communicate like never before. With it, you can “send a photo or video from your mobile phone to your own or a friend’s BD Live-enabled Blu-ray deck and then, using the remote, activate a click-to-call feature that would automatically have your phone call back the mobile user who sent you the photo.” It won’t be long before you’re ordering pizza from your Blu-ray player and watching outtakes on your handset — at least, we hope.
